Objective

To develop specific knowledge and competences in the EU olive farmers and olive oil producers to produce and promote Organic Olives and Olive Oil by providing a transversal, multidisciplinary and tailor-made training on organic olives and olive oil production and marketing.

Target Group

Farmers, entrepreneurs, producers and olives processing  businesses, organic food followers, marketing experts, trainers, olives and olive oil lovers.

Expected Impact

EcoOlives project will develop an interactive training course hosted onto e-learning platform, a manual for trainers and a guide on certification of organic olives and olive oil. All project results will be delivered free of charge and accessible online.

ES: Producción y Marketing de Aceitunas y Aceite de Oliva Orgánico

Proyecto EcoOlives


Objetivo

Desarrollar conocimientos y competencias específicos en los agricultores de olivos y productores de aceite de oliva de la UE para producir y promover Aceitunas y Aceite de Oliva Orgánico, proporcionando una formación transversal, multidisciplinaria y personalizada sobre la producción y comercialización de aceitunas y aceite de oliva orgánicos.


Grupo Objetivo

Agricultores, empresarios, productores y empresas de procesamiento de aceitunas, seguidores de alimentos orgánicos, expertos en marketing, formadores, amantes de las aceitunas y el aceite de oliva.


Impacto Esperado

El proyecto EcoOlives desarrollará un curso de formación interactivo alojado en una plataforma de aprendizaje en línea, un manual para formadores y una guía sobre la certificación de aceitunas y aceite de oliva orgánicos. Todos los resultados del proyecto se entregarán de forma gratuita y estarán accesibles en línea.
